Long-lead steel packages demand early release of IFC drawings and locked anchor bolt templates. We align the fabricator’s QA hold points with our site inspection windows so rework never reaches the crane hook.

Erection sequencing

Our lifting plans account for wind thresholds, backup radios, and tag-out of adjacent cranes. Each lift is photographed and filed against the bolt tensioning log for traceability.

• Shop drawing approval matrix with single-point sign-off
• Incoming material mill certificates archived per heat number
• Field welding mapped to WPS/PQR where applicable
