Our Story

Founded in 2014 by Mr. Muhammad Imran Janjua and Mr. Muhammad Amjad Masood in Muscat, Kaizen Builders and Developers LLC began with a clear mission: to raise the standard of construction in the Sultanate of Oman.

What started as a determined team of engineers and skilled professionals has grown into a trusted name in civil, electromechanical, and infrastructure contracting. Today, we are proud to have delivered more than 20 landmark residential villas, commercial buildings, warehouses, and public infrastructure projects across Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa, and beyond.

Our name 'Kaizen' — Japanese for continuous improvement — is not just a word. It is the philosophy that drives every decision we make.
